We pride ourselves on visiting all the properties ourselves enabling us to provide you specific advice regarding the properties and locations that will best suit you and your family. If we feel that a particular property is not suitable for your requirements we will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative. We have dealt with most of our properties and the property owners since 1993 building excellent working relationships with them. Together, we continually strive to ensure your holiday will be happy, relaxed and comfortable.
We have been associated with Malta & Gozo since 1985 and have a vast experience of the islands so will be able to advise you on the perfect location for your holiday. Over the years we have seen many changes in our industry, no longer do we send brochures and quotations through the post. The internet has enabled us to publish more property images and information on all our properties. Emails have made it quicker and easier to respond to our clients requests, however in this ever changing technical world we still enjoy speaking with our clients. We aim to respond as quickly as possible to all your enquiries and are open for business 7 days a week, 364 days of the year.
We are not a member of Abta or Atol as this is normally reserved for travel agents, package holidays organisers or flight providers. To be a member of these organisations large bonds have to be in place and this would not be possible for us to remain competitive. Due to the length of time we have been trading we are a well known and respected company and an established specialist Malta & Gozo operator who are recognised by the Malta National Tourist Office (You can find us on their own website www.visitmalta.com) We fully understand that financial protection is important and do believe that it is safer and more secure to book with a UK company than to book with a property advertising website/agency in another country. Our own family has enjoyed holidays in Malta and Gozo for the past 20+ years since our own children were young and we all continue to be charmed by the islands.
