FARMHOUSE DESCRIPTION The Villa Caterina is in fact a quaint farmhouse situated on the outskirts of Xaghra with a private pool area and colourful plants and shrubs. The Caterina which is built on two levels has three bedrooms and can sleep up to 7. A traditional Gozitan property with both an external and internal staircase The three bedrooms are all situated on the ground floor. Two twin rooms Additional shower room One double bedroom having en-suite bathroom and a door leading out to the pool area There is room for an additional bed to be included if needed The farmhouse has the living area mostly on the first floor On the first floor there is a shower room with toilet, bidet and wash basin whilst there is also a toilet and bidet Kitchen area leading through the stone archway to the combined lounge/dining room with cable TV. This leads out onto a large terrace and deck area which offers beautiful views across the lovely countryside. Swimming pool for your exclusive use Sun beds and parasol Barbeque You will find a spare toilet on the first floor. The three bedrooms are all situated on the ground floor. Linen and towels are supplied and are changed once weekly Maid service is once weekly. Car recommended   LOCATION Situated in the tranquil village Xaghra. 20 minutes drive from the ferry at Mgarr Only a few minutes walk from the village centre. 5-10 minutes drive or bus journey to the capital, Victoria.
