• When entering the house one finds an open air courtyard that leads to a large main door.

• This main door leads into a beautiful well furnished and open plan living/dining/kitchen area with a large patio door, plus a small side door opening onto the pool and BBQ area.

• The living area is equipped with a wood-burning stove for the winter months.

• From the courtyard one also finds an outdoor staircase leading to the first floor bedrooms and an indoor spiral staircase to the first floor.

• Both staircases lead to the three bedrooms all having shower rooms ensuite.  

• One of these bedrooms has a double bed while the other two are twins.
