How To Book

  • Once you are happy with the quotation we have provided and you have read our terms and conditions please contact us by telephone or email to confirm you wish to make a reservation. Bookings are taken on a strictly first come basis, we are unable to hold any property without payment.

  • We will then ask you to provide us with the names to travel with client date of births, home address and email details for us to send your travel documents. You will then be provided with a booking reference number that holds all your booking details.  Please quote this reference number in your correspondence with us.

  • Accommodation is quoted per week for the number of persons you have informed us will be staying in the property. If once making your booking with us you wish to add additional passengers then further charges will apply, please contact reservations for a quotation.

  • PLEASE NOTE - You are NOT permitted to invite guests to your accommodation or swimming pool/area. The properties are only insured for the number of persons booked with Malta Choice.  
  • Once your booking reference number has been allocated and advised to you, you have made a confirmed booking payment is required immediately and you are bound by our terms and conditions.

  • At the time of booking, you will be required to pay a deposit by credit card, debit card or bank transfer to secure your booking.  The deposit due will be shown on your booking confirmation invoice.

  • When paying for your booking by credit we can send you a payment link via Worldpay.  If you request to pay by bank transfer we will advise you of our bank details.

  • Balance payments can be paid by credit card, debit card, bank transfer or by cheque.  Please make your cheque payable to Malta Choice Ltd (cheques must be received 11 weeks before your departure date to allow time to clear)

  • Cheques that are represented to us by our bank or returned to us as 'refer to drawer' will be subject to a £15.00 administration fee which we will add to your final balance. If we need to recover client envelopes from the Post Office due to insufficient postage being paid a charge of £5 will be made.

  • Once your deposit has been received we will email your receipt of payment. 

  • Your balance must be paid on or before the due date stated on your confirmation invoice. Balances that are not paid by the due date without prior arrangement will be cancelled with loss of deposit.

  • Travel documents/ directions and key collection details will be sent via email approximately 3 - 4 weeks before your departure date.
