Can I book transfers with you?

Yes, we can organise your return or one way transfers in Malta and Gozo with our sister company Malta Client Services. Their friendly drivers will greet you at Malta International airport and escort you to your accommodation. On your return journey you will be collected from your accommodation at a specified time to return to the airport.  If you are staying in Gozo they can offer semi direct or direct transfers, please ask for details.  

Can I collect a car at the airport? 

Yes, we can organise a car rental for you with our sister company Malta Client Services and provide you with directions to your accommodation, this option is ideal for frequent Malta and Gozo travellers. Malta Client Services offer a Meet and Greet Service so no queuing when you arrive! Please ask for a car hire quotation to accommodate your party and luggage. 

I would like to book transfers and have a car delivered to my accommodation is that possible?

Yes, Malta Client Services can allow you to take advantage of their professional transfer service and they can orgainise a car to be delivered to your accommodation at a time that suits you.  Please ask for further details. 

What time can we enter our accommodation?

Your accommodation is booked from 14.00-16.00 hrs on the day of arrival in Malta and Gozo.  Times vary in different properties please check times for your chosen property. If you arrive on a particularly early flight we may be able to assist in storing your luggage until your accommodation is ready for you.  Please ask for details. 

What time do we have to vacate our accommodation?

You are required to vacate your accommodation at 10.00hrs -11.00hrs Please check the exact times of your chosen property. The property will need to be cleaned and prepared for the next guest. If you have a late flight home please speak to the owner who will generally accommodate your luggage until you are collected for the airport.

Can we extend our stay on our final day?

If you have a late flight back from Malta on your final day please enquire with us about the possibility of an extended stay option, please note this will only be possible if clients are not arriving to your accommodation later that day.

Are linen and towels provided in the accommodation?

All bedroom and bathroom linen is provided unless otherwise stated on the individual web page accommodation details. You will need to take your own beach towels to use around the pool/beach.

When will I receive my travel documents?

All your accommodation details, directions and key collection information will be mailed electronically to you approximately 2-3 weeks prior to your departure.

Where do I pick up my property keys?

Details regarding your key collection will be sent to you with your travel documents approximately 2-3 weeks before your departure date.

What is a welcome food pack?

We have two types of food packs available, A & B. Welcome pack A includes basic essentials that will be awaiting you upon your arrival, Welcome pack B has additional extras to the A pack. This service is particularly useful if you have an early or late arrival and you are unable to purchase essential items. We make a charge for this service and payment is required with your balance payment or if added after your balance payment has been made we require at least 48 hrs notice before your departure date, to organise the food pack and receive your payment. 

Can I hire a cot and a high chair in my accommodation?

Yes, we make a charge for this service, please contact us for further details.  Cots that are provided locally will differ from cots that you may use in the UK.  You are required to take your own cot linen due to hygiene reasons. It is not always possible for villa owners to provide multiple cots/high chairs so please enquire at time of booking if this is essential to you.

Will there be a change of sheets/towels service in my accommodation?

You will be provided with a change of sheets/towels once weekly (after the first 7 days). Towels that are supplied are for the use in your accommodation only, we would ask clients to supply their own beach/pool towels. Some villas/farmhouses offer additional maid/cleaning service payable locally in euros, please enquire if this service is applicable to your accommodation.

Will my accommodation have air conditioning?

If your accommodation has air-conditioning it will be detailed on the property page.  A charge in euros for the service will be payable locally unless the property includes this within the property description details.  Some properties will operate a coin or card system so you only pay for your exact usage others will require a daily charge. If you need clarification on this please let us know. Malta Choice accept no liability or responsibility for this service.  Payment is strictly between the owners and your party booking. 

Can I use my laptop at the property?

More and more of our properties are adding Wi-fi facilities to enable clients to check emails etc.  Some owners offer this service for free and others owners make a small charge.
