How to book with MaltaChoice.com

MaltaChoice.com have over 20 years of experience of the Maltese Islands and we are committed to offering you the highest level of service possible and competitive prices. 

 We pride ourselves in being flexible to your needs and can offer our advice regarding which accommodation would suit your requirements.  We have local representatives in Malta and Gozo on hand to help should you require assistance. 

We have visited personally all our properties  and  therefore can advise you on a property suitable for you and your families needs.

 

 

  • Once you are happy with the quotation we have provided and you have read our terms and conditions please contact us by telephone or email to confirm you wish to make a reservation.

  • We will then ask you to provided us with the names to travel and your address details for us to send your travel documents You will then be provided with a booking reference number that holds all your booking details

  • Accommodation is quoted per week for the number of passengers you have informed us will be staying in the property.  If once making your booking with us you wish to add additional passengers then further charges will apply, please contact reservations for a quotation.

  • Once your booking reference number has been allocated and advised to you, you have made a confirmed booking and you are bound by our terms and conditions.

  • We will then send out your confirmation invoice and booking form .  We ask you to send your deposit payment by cheque or bank transfer within 7 days of your booking.  We do not accept credit cards due to the high credit card charges.

  • Once your deposit has been received we will email  your receipt of payment.

  • Your balance must be paid on or before the due date stated on your confirmation invoice, no reminders will be sent. Balances that are not paid by the due date without prior arrangement will be cancelled with loss of deposit.

  • Travel documents/ directions and key collection details  will normally be sent to you at least 14 -21 days before your departure date.
