Your accommodation is booked from 14.00hrs on the day of arrival in Malta 15.00hrs in Gozo What time do we have to vacate our accommodation? You are required to vacate your accommodation at 11.00hrs as the property will need to be cleaned and prepared for the next guest. If you have a late flight home please speak to the owner who will generally accommodate your luggage until you are collected for the airport. Can we extend our stay on our final day? If you have a late flight back from Malta on your final day please enquire with us about the possibility of an extended stay option. Are linen and towels provided in the accommodation?All bedroom and bathroom linen is provided unless otherwise stated on the individual web page accommodation details. You will need to take your own beach towels to use around the pool/beach.When will I receive my travel documents?All your accommodation details, directions and key collection information will be posted to you approximately 14 - 21 days prior to your departure. Where do I pick up my property keys?Details regarding your key collection will be sent to you with your travel documents 14 - 21 days before departure. What is a welcome pack? A welcome pack is basic essentials that will be awaiting you upon your arrival. This service is particularly useful if you have an early or late arrival and you are unable to purchase essential items. We make a charge for this service. Welcome pack A ) £29 & Welcome pack B) £45 For information on what's included in your food pack click here Can I hire a Cot and a High Chair in my accommodation? Yes, we make a charge for this service. Cot hire is £3 daily and High Chair hire is £2 daily. Cots that are provided locally will differ from cots that you may use in the UK. You are required to take your own cot linen due to hygiene reasons. Will there be maid service in my accommodation? Maid service is normally one weekly, where a change of bed linen and towels will be made (unless otherwise stated on accommodation web page details). Towels that are supplied are for the use in your accommodation only, we would ask clients to supply their own beach/pool towels. Some villas/farmhouses offer additional maid service payable locally in euros. Will be accommodation have air conditioning? If your accommodation has air-conditioning it will be detailed on the property page. A charge in euros for the service will be payable locally
